Since its implementation, our firm has represented individuals who are involuntarily detained under the Mental Health Act, 2001. This is primarily an advocacy role at Mental Health Tribunals, but which has also involved numerous Habeas Corpus applications brought to the High Court and appeals to the Circuit Court. We are highly experienced advocates.We also provide advice to families of individuals in respect of their care and treatment in approved centers and have acted in Judicial Reviews regarding treatment with successful outcomes for applicants.
