We believe that the protection of children and the promotion of their rights to achieve their full potential is a fundamental cornerstone of our society. We are proud to represent many court appointed Guardian ad Litems who work diligently to achieve these aims. We provide a highly responsive and committed legal service to Guardians.
We also act for parents and children in both private and public law child care matters. We represent many parents seeking redress in the provision of services to their children, especially education and health services. We also deal with appeals under the Education Act.
